The Idea Club is an informal discussion group on
science and sustainability issues that are relevant today and relate to
the activities of Sustainable Path Foundation. Participation is open to
volunteers, donors and other interested members of the community.
Sustainable Path Foundation works towards the creation of a world that
is healthy and sustainable. We are a charitable foundation that
operates in partnership with diverse individuals and groups that seek
evidence-based solutions to interconnected problems in our world.
Mark your calendar: the Idea Club will meet regularly on the FOURTH Monday of the month from 5 to 7 PM at the Sustainable Path Foundation office (2101 4th Ave., Suite 650, Seattle, WA).
Each meeting will have a pre-scheduled topic for discussion. Previous discussions have dealt with genomic sequencing of human genomes, fresh water, disappearing Arctic Ice, and profit-driven solutions to the energy crisis.
Join us March 23 for a discussion on turning knowledge into action and
creating sustainable cultures. Check our blog for current information.
We
welcome participants to attend whether or not they have prepared any
prior research on the subject. The goal is to have a conversation.
